River Valley Child Development Services (RVCDS) is a leader in providing high quality early childhood care and education services for children, families and communities in WV. We do this through facilitating and administering several resources and programs: Enterprise Child Development Center, School Age Connections, WV Early Childhood Training Connections and Resources (WVECTCR), Child Care Resource and Referral, West Virginia Birth to Three Reginal Administrative Units and the Family Child Care Food Program.
