Our management advisory services include accounting systems, personal financial planning, computer systems, financial controls, fraud investigations, budgets and projections. We perform a substantial amount of due diligence engagements on behalf of our clients. We personally visit the target company to evaluate the financial performance of the company (or division, if applicable), the "accuracy" of the target's financial statements and perform a review of target personnel and its management staff. We follow this by preparing a projection of what the company could do with different ownership and capital in place. We would then evaluate all of the information gathered to determine the appropriate offer and strategy.
