Founded by David Crawford in 1992, Crawford & Associates has grown to include nearly two dozen talented engineers, scientists and technicians with proficiency in a range of core disciplines and the ability to pool expertise as required by a specific project. The team assembled for a project is able to move comfortably across traditional discipline boundaries to provide exhaustive insight and comprehensive, timely service. Our ability to define, assemble and redefine a team allows us to follow a project from start to finish even as that project may evolve and morph over time. Our fluid approach allows for an unrivaled ability to move from preliminary exploration through closure. Our portfolio includes projects that began with environmental audits and evolved into grant procurement and remediation, engineering design, bidding, construction, inspection, and administration. We have worked in partnership with private, public and non-profit agencies including: the Dormitory Authority of New York; the New York State Police; Columbia , Greene and Sullivan Counties ; the towns of Hudson, Livingston and New Baltimore; the Columbia County Economic Development Corporation, and Taconic Farms Research Center .
