Pacific Regeneration Technologies Inc. (PRT) consists of a network of nurseries located in Canada and the United States. Collectively, these nurseries produce in excess of 220 million forest seedlings per year. Our mission is simple: We provide quality nursery products and services for reforestation. By working closely with our customers, we gain a full understanding of their seedling requirements. Services include seed processing and specialized seed treatments, forest seedling and native plant production, quality testing, cold storage, shipping, and field performance assessment and enhancement. PRT focuses on reliable production and on-time delivery of quality seedling products. We employ the best seedling culture and risk management techniques, as we strive to help our customers minimize regeneration costs through timely planting of healthy, properly conditioned seedlings. By operating multiple nursery locations we offer all the benefits of a local operation, along with carefully optimized risk management through multiple locations and climates. As a result, our nursery network is flexible enough to grow everything from small specialized orders to the entire needs of a major integrated forest company. PRT also stands for great customer service. Our Customer Support Group, consisting of eight Customer Support Representatives and three Customer Support Assistants, provides PRT customers with a primary point of contact for forest seedling needs. The PRT Customer Support Group will link with our grow teams at PRT nurseries to ensure clear communication of customer requirements and provide customers the information they need to make their best seedling decisions. In addition, direct contact between customers and nursery staff helps us understand customer needs. We have a team of Nursery Managers and Growers who are committed to ensuring that customers are well informed about their seedlings, and that we all understand customer needs and expectations.
