Growing up in such a rich and colorful culture allowed me to fall in love with Mexico’s gastronomy at a very early age. In Mexico City, food is not only a necessity, it is a way of life.
Our passion for food runs deep in our veins, it is what brings families and friends together, it is an essential part of our culture.
More than 40 years ago my father Jorge Sneider was blessed with the American dream when he opened Las Alamedas Restaurant back in 1980 and even though that era has come to an end, we are delighted, proud, and extremely honored to keep that dream alive with the opening of our latest concept Blue Agave Cantina.
