It was founded in 1999 by a group of parents and community leaders with the aim of providing high-quality education to students from low-income families with limited English proficiency in the Houston area. The school has a strong commitment to serving all its students and providing additional support and resources for these students to help them succeed academically and socially. The school serves students from Pre-K to 8th grade.
