We fill client personnel needs on a contract, contract to hire, and direct hire basis. Our clients range from Fortune 500 companies to smaller companies that are technology intensive. We are selective in choosing the clients we work with, using one simple criteria: is this a place we would want to work? We maintain a large database of professional candidates. We stay in close contact with our candidates so we know what skills and new technologies they may be working with and what type of environment they would work best in. We believe in building a long-term partnership with our candidates in helping them manage their careers. We take the time, likewise, to learn about our clients and what type of candidates would be best suited to our client's corporate culture. We understand that soft skills are as important as technical skills in an employee. That's why it's important that we take the time to really know our candidates. Many of our candidates are referrals or direct recruits. We also maintain significant and varied advertising resources. Once we have located a candidate we do an in depth phone screen followed by an in person interview. We evaluate the candidate's professional work experience, technical expertise, past employment, rate/salary history, and compatibility with the client's corporate culture and environment.
