The co-founders offer clients extraordinary experience in energy industry investment banking. Prior to forming Weisser Johnson in 1991, they worked a combined 30 years with leading Wall Street firms: Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Bear Stearns. Their resulting depth and breadth of expertise has contributed to Weisser Johnson's successful completion of numerous financing and merger transactions ranging from $5 million to over $400 million in size with clients spanning the spectrum from early stage entities to large public companies. In June 2005 the co-founders of Weisser Johnson, & Co. along with David Taylor and Marshall Lynn Bass formed GasRock Capital, a mezzanine debt and project equity investment fund focused on growing small E&P and midstream natural gas companies with exciting projects that need development capital.
