We don't have a mission statement or a vision, just this simple guiding principle. Ethical - Doing the right thing is the most important part of our business. This is not just lip service of putting the customer first, it is a mantra, a belief system, and a lifestyle. Over the last decade of business scandals we have seen the devastation wrought on innocent people by lack of ethics of just a few greedy individuals. This strengthened our belief that ethics are the most important part of a business. Without them, the rest doesn't matter. Profitable - Making a profit (which translates into salary for small business owners) is one of the primary objectives of any business. Without it, a business cannot exist. Therefore, we proudly state that Sudden Systems is in business to make a profit. However, we will not take advantage of our clients or cheat on our taxes to do it. We will work hard to deliver valuable services to our clients and earn a reasonable rate of return for doing so. Socially Conscious - When we are successful, we should give back to the community. Sudden Systems does this not only through financial contributions, but through personal involvement. We focus our community involvement on children because we believe every child deserves a chance to succeed.
