Consolidated Graphics, Inc. (CGX) is a provider of commercial printing services with 70 printing businesses in 27 states in the United States and one Canadian province. The Company’s services consist of traditional print services, including electronic prepress, digital and offset printing, finishing, storage and delivery of high-quality printed documents, which are custom manufactured to its customers’ design specifications; fulfillment and mailing services for such printed materials, and digital technology and e-commerce solutions that enable the Company's customers to procure and manage printed materials and/or design, procure, distribute, track and analyze results of printing-based marketing programs and activities.
