We currently service several million square feet of cleanable office space with a full-time staff of experienced management and personal supervision. We are a tri-state full service janitorial corporation. We service PA, NJ and DE. Our staff is directly employed by Interstate. We do not subcontract out our services. Our staff is very accessible, at all hours, in the event of an emergency or if you just need to schedule special services such as carpet shampooing, hard surface floor care, window cleaning, furniture cleaning, etc. All of our collateral services such as carpet shampooing are always provided to our clients at discounted rates. Our management staff will provide you with excellent communication and make your office aware of any concerns throughout the facility. Interstate's complete management program has dramatically helped other facility managers reduce the time and involvement in daily operations. Interstate's management also conducts our own regular building inspections to ensure a consistent high level of service.
