Info
Since its inception, the St. James Mercy Foundation has provided a vital source of funding for capital improvements, technological advancements and program enhancements that have served to support and strengthen the mission of St. James Mercy Health System and thus our community. The St. James Mercy Foundation has been blessed by the support of thousands of donors that have donated generous gifts to help support and provide quality healthcare to our local organization since 1890. Donations to the 2008 Annual Campaign will be used to purchase much needed equipment and to enhance the programs and services that we provide to the Hornell and surrounding communities. The Foundation has answered many wonderful needs through the Annual Campaign. Some of these items purchased from past campaigns include the construction of a new emergency medical helicopter landing pad, hemo-dialysis machines, major funding towards the construction of The Pullman Women's Health & Birthing Center, new dental surgery equipment for the Sister Rene Dental Clinic and children's books for our STHA offices to be given to out at well-child visits for kids ages 6 months - 9 years. To achieve this goal, the St. James Mercy Foundation is committed to raising a minimum of $290,000 from the 2008 Health Partners Campaign. Once again, we turn to you and our community, to help us meet this challenge with a charitable gift at a level within your means. We have a dream ... help make our dream a reality!
