DCI, Ltd. specializes in matching customers needing systems development skills for a project with qualified overseas developers. Development Connection International was founded in 1997 by a group of seasoned computer professionals to provide a resource where businesses could find experienced English speaking systems developers with a wide variety of development skills and industry backgrounds. It is an offshoot of an older company founded in 1990-91 shortly after the break up of the Soviet Union. As an extension of this group, DCI project managers have a long project history with and a personal knowledge of most of our development resources. DCI serves as a facilitator by matching up customers looking for systems development services with proven resources having the technical skills and commercial business experience necessary to complete the project. We serve as a liaison between clients and development teams and also provide project management services. DCI is a New York State Corporation that handles all of the financial arrangements between contracting firms and development teams. DCI's role is to make the process as familiar and comfortable for a firm choosing to take advantage of the level of skills and reasonable price structures available in Eastern Europe as doing business with the firm next door.
