The HCC provides convenient curb cuts for easy access and also has two automatic doors conveniently located at either end of the lobby entrance. Elevators are conveniently located to service all meeting rooms, exhibit halls and all public areas. Drinking fountains and restrooms located throughout the facility are also wheelchair accessible. Passenger elevators throughout the facility provide easy access to all public areas. Additionally, elevators are alarm equipped with two-way communications to the HCC operators. All elevators inside the facility are equipped with Braille instructions, both inside and outside elevator cabs. General sessions will be open captioned so that hearing impaired delegates can sit with their delegations. All public phones within the facility are designed to accommodate wheelchair access. For visitors who are hard of hearing, volume controlled handsets are located in each bank of permanent public phones.
