O'Brien & Associates currently employs twenty licensed investigators in six states, with additional support staff. Our licensed personnel and advisory staff offer over 50 years of experience in investigating criminal charges, civil complaints, insurance fraud, and various other financial crimes. We have been involved in parent-locator searches, skip tracing, asset/criminal history searches nationwide, and adoption searches guaranteed. With personal contacts in every major U.S. city, as well as in-house computer access to millions of databases, modern state of the art surveillance equipment, and a highly trained staff, we can provide the most efficient and effective results available anywhere. Our rates are extremely competitive, and we have built our reputation on competent, professional, cost effective service with timely results. General Investigations, including criminal defense work, surveillances, worker's compensation, skip locate, AOE/COE, contestable deaths, wrongful deaths, and product liability are billed at the rate of $65.00 per hour with no mileage or additional costs. Process service is $65.00 and $.30 per mile. Public defender cases are billed at the state rate.
