Network performance and security administration.Help Desk services.PC hardware and software support.Cabling and hub/switch maintenance. Per hour services - When you utilize Synergy's per hour services, you can expect to benefit from having a pool of experienced and professional Consultants, Engineers, and Programmers at your service to assist you with any of your IT needs. These services are billed out at our standard rate for each type of service. Our rates range from $85.00-$175.00 per hour. Although these services can be contracted to satisfy any of your IT needs, we will only provide services when asked. This is a reactive approach for environments that do not change often and monthly maintenance services and monitoring are not required. Bulk Rate prepaid contracts - When you utilize Synergy's Bulk Rate option, you can expect to benefit from everything mentioned above. In addition, you will have the option of purchasing blocks of 30-50 hours at a discount off the standard rate for a specific type of service. These hours can be utilized for any project or service. If the service required is billed out at a higher rate then the initial service contracted for, the same discount % will be applied to that rate. The new discounted rate will be deducted from the balance of the prepaid contract. This is also a reactive approach to managing your IT services but it allows you to take advantage of Synergy Development's discounts for prepaid contracts.
