Accurate Appraisals is a growing residential real estate appraisal company. We are located in Holly, Michigan. Our company has been established since 1999. Our goal is to provide the highest quality appraisal possible in a timely manner. Our current coverage area is Oakland, Genesee, Livingston, Roscommon and a limited area of Washtenaw County. See our service area page for full details. The company was founded by Lonnie Heward, a Certified Residential Appraiser. He is also a Graduate of Ferris State University with a bachelors degree in Small Business Management. We also have an office manager on staff to assist you during the day.
