Bostleman is a third generation, family-owned construction management firm founded as a traditional general contractor in 1946 by Fred W. Bostleman. Beginning in the 1970's, Fred's son Dick grew the company and expanded its horizons, developing a national scope providing construction management services for leading national chains. A visionary leader, under whose guidance the company and its associates were always challenged to improve and innovate, Dick ventured into real estate development. Bostleman Development, LLC, is now a leading real estate developer in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan . In 1998, Bill Bostleman assumed the company leadership and true to his father's legacy, has continued Bostleman's pursuit of excellent service, relationships, and innovation. It is that innovation that created ProjectVillage, a web-based project management company that is the cutting edge of construction technology. In 2008, Jon Harding joined Bill as co-owner/manager and principal. Along with the business and entrepreneurial expertise Jon brings to Bostleman, he also adds a new business endeavor, management consulting.
