Clyde Johnston's design firm was formed in March of 1987 to primarily offer golf course design services to the southeastern United States. The firm also offers landplanning in conjunction with the golf course design service to those clients who prefer to have all of the planning performed by the same firm. Our goal is to design golf courses that fit the needs (and budget) of the Client as well as the end users of the golf course. Classic design principles combined with modern construction techniques producing enjoyable and challenging golf course facilities. We shall be good stewards of the land, honoring all environmentally sensitive issues and assisting the golf industry by promoting environmental awareness. Clyde Johnston Designs, Inc. recycles all paper, newspaper, magazines, aluminum, plastic (no. 1 & 2 grades) as well as copier and printer supplies and cartridges. Save the earth for our children.
