Redkoh provides repair services for all the products that we presently manufacture, and all products that we have manufactured in the past. Our skilled technicians are also capable of repairing equipment from other manufacturers. Same-day emergency turnaround repair service is available. If we receive the item to be repaired in the morning (Monday through Friday), you receive the repaired item back the next morning (Tuesday through Saturday). All items to be returned for repair must have a Returned Material Authorization number assigned to it.
