We believe that Saffelle, Inc. continues to build a great deal of trust among the businesses in North Carolina that use sanitary maintenance equipment and supplies. In February 2004 our Chapel Hill facility was completely destroyed by fire. We moved to Hillsborough on a temporary basis as we explored alternate locations for our business. We decided to purchase the Hillsborough location, and it is now our permanent home. We cannot begin to express the depth of our gratitude to everyone who helped us through this difficult time. The amount of care and concern we received from our customers, friends, and neighbors throughout North Carolina was truly overwhelming. Our goal is to provide the best possible service before, during and after each sale. We accomplish this by listening to you, the customer, and then providing the advice and counseling called for in regards to your specific situation. Since our inception, we have continually expanded our resources of new technologies, systems and methods as a means of adding value in meeting the needs of your facility. Our staff set an ambitious goal of providing professional service, efficient personnel training, timely problem solving, quality products, and prompt delivery.
