The Hicksville Nursery School, a non-profit, non-sectarian cooperative nursery school, is located at the United Methodist Church on West Cherry Street in Hicksville. Our school was founded in 1967 and pioneered by a small group of enthusiastic parents. We have been sustained since then by the continued efforts of the many other enthusiasts who have followed in their wake. The Hicksville Nursery School is chartered and registered by the Board of Regents of New York. Our school has offered hundreds of children their first school experience with a positive, friendly, and stimulating program, resulting in consistent growth and fueled by the highest professional standards.
