John H. Lamb was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, so his knowledge of the area is complete. Prior to joining Skogman Realty over 20 years ago, he owned and operated a successful service business for 22 years. John attended Iowa State University. He is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute, and has earned the designations Accredited Buyer Representative and Certified Residential Specialist. John is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® , and the Iowa Association of REALTORS® . He has served on the Board of Directors of the Cedar Rapids Area Association of REALTORS® several times and has had the privilege of serving as it's President. John is involved in his community. He participates in the Downtown Rotary, the Cedar Rapids Chamber of Commerce, Priority One, United Way and the Metro YMCA. He has been a volunteer on numerous local fund drives. John and his wife, Kathy, are the proud parents of three girls, all of which are married and reside in Cedar Rapids.
