(IceWEB), through its Solutions Group, is a provider of computer network security products and services, such as access control, wide area network optimization, content filtering, email security, intrusion detection, to the Federal, State, and Local government entities. In addition, the Company is a provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications. The Company operates two lines of business: IceWEB Solutions Group and its online products and services. During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2007 (fiscal 2007), approximately 98% of total sales were generated by the Company’s IceWEB Solutions Group’s reselling of third-party hardware, software and services, and approximately 2% of its total sales were generated by online products and services. On December 31, 2007, the Company completed the acquisition of InLine Corporation. INLINE Corporation is engaged in manufacturing of intelligent enterprise data storage solutions.
