Dr. Amit Sharad Patel, a Nashville native, attended Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet High School and Vanderbilt University, where he earned his degree in Engineering Science. He received his medical degree from East Tennessee State University and completed his Otolaryngology residency at Tulane University. Dr. Patel joined the University of Michigan as a Clinical Instructor and is board-certified in Otolaryngology. He is pursuing a fellowship with the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy and is actively involved in several medical associations. He enjoys outdoor activities, sports, and minimally invasive ENT surgeries.
