Buyer beware. The lazy-boy-spa premiere SoulMate size was good for my patio. Unfortunately the only dealer in San Antonio is Bell Pool & Spa. They are not accredited with the BBB & their current rating is "F". They have terrible service issues with absolutely no follow up with customers service requests. I spent a small fortune >10k & u would think if problems arise the dealer would be accountable with warranty but if nobody follows through with needed service the warranty is useless. My spas headrests rubber failed the first year & upon removing the headrests discovered shell defects that needs repair. The dealer never followed up with my headrests for almost a year where I had to call La-Z-Boy's corp office where they eventually mailed me the replacement headrests & shell repair kit material since the dealer simply ignores service requests. La-Z-Boy's corp is in Canada & they can't control their dealers performance. No service = worthless warranty for necessary repairs.ThaX La-Z-By
