RhinoSoft offers free email technical support for all our software products, except the FTP Voyager Software Development Kit. The best way to contact our support team is through the technical support email page, which is linked below. When you submit a request, after clicking the "Next" button, the RhinoSoft.com Knowledge Base will suggest a number of articles based on the email message. It is suggested that you take a moment to review these articles since one of them may immediately answer your question. Please note that at this point an email has not yet been dispatched to technical support. If the knowledge base articles do not help you solve the technical issue, you should then click the "Send Mail" button at the bottom of the page. Within a few minutes of sending a message, you should receive an *automated* response from our us that indicates your message has been received by our Technical Support Department. A member of our Technical Support Department will personally answer your message a short time after that. Responses are usually sent very quickly during our regular business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central U.S. time). For customers who have purchased Premium Support contracts, please note that you can use the Premium Support email form to contact us directly instead of using the main website's email form.
