Most valuation assignments entail appraisals of various types of commercial properties for financing, right of way acquisition, condemnation, reports for insurance and estate purposes, legal proceedings, conventional mortgage lending, home improvement loans, and home equity. Gregory T. Bogdanski is the principal of the Company. Our principal activity is appraising. The chief task of a real estate appraiser is to provide a competent and unbiased valuation of real estate upon which parties to a business transaction can act in good faith and with substantial confidence. We adhere to strict appraisal standards as established by the Appraisal Institute, State of Michigan, and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. As brokers under a "buyer agency", we specialize in the area of commercial, industrial, multifamily property and residential development land acquisition. Success has come from showing our clients a more analytical side to real estate purchases, which is not typically exhibited in the marketplace.
