RIHunts.com was launched in November of 2003. With the help of the media, email and by word-of-mouth within the hunting community, RIHunts.com quickly became Rhode Island's premiere hunting web site. Some of what RIHunts.com offers the user community; weekly e-Newsletter service, event calendar, user forum, chat rooms, photo gallery, nature cam, game time movement calendar, local sunrise/sunset times, local tide charts, sportsman club listing, WMA directory, business listings and a lot more. In 2004 the site saw 36,000 visitors, 2005 78,000 visits were logged to the site and over 1,000,000 pages were displayed. In 2006 can we can only hope to double 2005's numbers. With an aggressive TV and radio advertising campaign planned for 2006, this should come to fruition.
