Scott Rabideau has been a practicing wetland consultant for over 25 years. He started Natural Resource Services, Inc. (NRS) in 1987 with the intent of helping property owners secure freshwater and coastal wetland permits for their individual projects. The corporate mission has since expanded with an increased focus on delineation services. Today, design professionals, developers, business owners and real estate agents also seek out NRS to help navigate the red tape-ridden wetland permit process in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut.
