Church Tavern Advisors, LLC (CTA) is a Delaware LLC with its principal place of business in Harrison, New York. CTA specializes in the selection of Asset-Backed and Mortgage-Backed Securities in the primary and secondary markets for investment and securitization. CTA was established in March 2002 by Wesley Sparks and William McCormick. Eric Seward and Andrew Waine joined CTA in May and June 2002, respectively. Kenneth Atlas joined CTA in January 2005. All five principals together own 100% of the ownership interest in CTA. To date, CTA has completed eight transactions: Saturn Ventures I, LTD, Saturn Ventures II, LTD, Millstone Funding CDO I, Millstone Funding CDO II, Millstone Funding CDO III, Sherwood Funding CDO I, Sherwood Funding CDO II, and Sherwood Funding CDO III.
