Services include Subscriber Management Systems, ARU Ordering, Customer Care Web Interfacing, Bill and Notice Printing and more. Since becoming incorporated in 1998, STI has grown to having over 60 companies using its services. They range in size from 200 to 20,000 subscribers and are geographically located from St. Vincent to Nova Scotia. Combined there are more than 130,000 active subscribers on SubscriberNet databases - our flagship product. Our staff of 8 has over 100 years of combined CATV subscriber management experience.
