ADC Engineering, Inc. has provided the Charleston community with structural engineering services since 1990. Mr. Mark Dillon, P.E., S.E. serves as the President of ADC Engineering, Inc., and leads our structural engineering department. Our structural staff, which includes four registered professional engineers, has completed numerous, diverse projects including federal, state, and local governmental agencies, educational institutions, commercial and residential properties.
