Bank label through its retail stores, as well as through the Company’s nationwide catalog and Internet (www.josbank.com) operations. As of February 2, 2008, Jos. A. Bank operated 422 retail stores, which included seven outlet stores and 12 franchise stores located throughout 42 states and the District of Columbia in the United States. The Company sources substantially all of its products through third-party suppliers, manufacturers and/or agents using Jos. A. Bank designs and specifications. Jos. A.
