Don S. Cisle Contractor, Inc. is a family-owned asphalt paving and general construction contractor that primarily operates in southwestern Ohio. With a base of operations in Hamilton, Ohio, we serve the Butler, Warren, and Hamilton county areas. We operate a single, drum-mix style asphalt plant located in New Miami, Ohio that supplies hot-mix asphalt products to state and local government agencies as well as private developers, other contractors, and individuals. Our company office is located in Hamilton, Ohio. The Hamilton office houses our estimating and administrative departments. We strive to maintain the most up-to-date tools and equipment in the industry. Our estimating department uses the latest take-off software for accurate, reliable estimates. To compliment our asphalt paving we also engage in various general construction projects that include site development, underground, and general excavation. Depending on seasonal work load, we will operate up to three general construction crews at one time. Our New Miami Garage provides maintenance and storage of our fleet of on and off-road equipment and trucks. Employing two, full-time master mechanics, our garage operates year round to ensure our equipment operates safely and reliably for our customers. Our company operates during the typical construction season running from April through November. Asphalt production begins in mid-April and runs through November, weather permitting. However, we discontinue the laying of surface course mixes (ODOT 404, 448 Surface Course) after November 1 due to daily temperatures being below optimal levels.
