The Hog Farm, Inc. is owned by Rick Doyle and Kevin Leland. This is our second motorcycle shop. In 1995 we bought Cinn City Choppers in Cincinnati, Ohio. It was an old and hard core Chopper shop, which first opened in 1968. We were Cinn City's 5th owners. Our total workspace was only 900 square feet! But somehow we managed all the Harley parts, chroming, polishing, custom motorcycles, hard-to-find used parts, motor building, transmission rebuilds and whatever else came along. We had over 54 distributors and more used parts than room allowed. After a few months we realized that everyone, and especially the factory, was stroking people when it came to price, service, and paint, and that we wanted to be different. So we decided to sell everything at 10% over dealer cost. Get it quick, paint it quick, fix it quick and do it all above the table. In other words we "broke the rules of retail"! Instead, we showed you what we paid for it and then added only 10% (plus the taxman's cut). We did a little advertising, went to some runs and swap meets and passed out flyers everywhere! What do you think happened? It wasn't long before we were doing a huge business! That's what happens when you treat your customers right. But, after 4 years the amount of service work was phenomenal and we were burned out and exhausted, so we sold the shop and took time off for some R & R. Well, WE'RE BAAACK and better than ever! Here we are 4 years later, but this time we've opened a brand new 5,000 square ft. shop on 33 acres. We are now THE HOG FARM, INC. and we've got a slightly different spin. We believe that custom motorcycles are a better deal than Harley Davidson and on a national level within 10 years will be outselling the factory. We decided not to do service this time, and just specialize in Custom Motorcycles and Kit Bikes. And of course, we are still doing the chroming and most importantly we're still selling ALL of our parts from all of our distributors at 10% over dealer cost! We undersell everyone within a 500 mile radius. All of our kit bikes, whether we build them or you build them, are $1,000, $2,000 and up to $10,000 less than anyone around. We also have our online shopping cart that has over 150,000 after-market Harley Davidson motorcycle parts available. You can purchase online at 10% over dealer cost and have it sent right to your door! Does it get any easier than that? We are also getting into the really big motors, up to 130 cubic inch, and we'll soon be able to get a 150 cubic inch motor. We believe that the better your bike looks and runs and the more money you save over the factory or the dealers that have hammered you over the years, the more likely you are to send all your friends our way sooner or later. Our custom bike kits have 3 times as much going for them than any stock Harley Davidson at about ½ the price. Our motorcycle parts are NEW, NOT FACTORY SECONDS like other discount dealers.
