Established in 1977, Weinberg & McCormick, PA proudly enters its fourth decade of providing quality legal service to the New Jersey community with a primary focus on the Southern New Jersey area. The firm originated as a two person general practice firm which sought to provide personalized service to its clients. Since then, the firm has maintained its general practice roots but has developed substantial specialties in such areas as Bankruptcy, Family Law, Corporate and Commercial Law and School Law. The firm has expanded, as necessary, both in terms of attorney and staff to continue to provide the personalized service that has been its hallmark and to maintain its leadership position within its specialties. The firm serves clients ranging from individuals to large corporations and strives to provide all of its clients with this distinctive service. The members of the firm are active in numerous Bar and professional associations as well as within the community. As well, pro bono representation of clients is encouraged as the firm recognizes its continuing obligation to the community of which it is a proud part. As the firm embarks upon its fourth decade, it remains mindful that it has drawn its success and the confidence of its clientele from its commitment and service to them. The primary objective of the firm in the future is to expand upon this success by continuing to provide quality legal services which will assist our clients in avoiding future legal difficulties.
