Our first priority when you come into Fit 21, Inc. is making you feel comfortable. We want you to be comfortable with the facility, your fitness plan, and with us. To get you started, we set you up with two sessions of personal training per week. We find out what your goals are, and show you the best way to achieve them. Once you reach your goals and become more comfortable and more confident at weight training, you can move to a once a week personal training schedule, and then on to general membership. You will get a full orientation of our equipment, and we will help you chose the settings that are right for you. However, we will always be looking out for you to make sure you are using the weights and machines safely and correctly.
