Contexxa Corporation is a New Jersey based professional services organization developing automated solutions for core Human Resources business processes, including recruiting, training and outplacement. Founded in 1987 by John Porter, Contexxa Corporation has over 15 years of experience in developing "best of breed" custom software solutions for Fortune 1000 companies, the United States Government, educational institutions, and middle market businesses. From 1994 to 2001, the Company, working in partnership with Litton-PRC, led the design and development effort for the Army Career Alumni Program (ACAP) automation project. This project, known as the "ACAP XXI System", is currently used to deliver training, management, and reporting services to transitioning service members and their families at US Army career transition centers located throughout the world. The core technologies of InterviewConnect!TM , Contexxa's flagship product, are based upon systems originally developed for the Army's ACAP automation project.
