Since 1967, the YMBA has been a leading professional organization in the New York metropolitan area serving members who span the mortgage, real estate, and real estate-related service industries. The YMBA has over 300 members and sponsors educational, social and networking programs throughout the year. Our website allows us to take our efforts to the next level as we plan to offer in the future such features as our on-line Member Directory, Job Data Bank and Message Board/Chat Room. Our new website is the perfect complement to the myriad events and programs that the YMBA sponsors. Here are just a few:* "Guest Speaker" Luncheons at which prominent industry leaders discuss the current state of the market and transactions with which they are involved* "Seminar Luncheons" at which a panel of experts discuss topics that are timely and relevant to the industry* Spring and Fall Cocktail Networking Party, giving our members the opportunity to promote their respective businesses* Summer Golf Outing, where members and friends can enjoy a day of golf, tennis, cocktails and dinner* End of the year Holiday Party jointly held with the New York chapter of the Mortgage Bankers of AmericaThe depth and dedication of our membership are the driving force behind the success of the YMBA. We are fortunate to have members who share our mission goals, attend and participate in the planning of YMBA events and programs, and provide feedback on how the YMBA can improve and better serve its membership.
