Dr. Ballard, a Spartanburg native, was a founding partner of Mountain View in 1979 after completing his residency in family medicine at Greenville Hospital System. He was elected to Phi Beta Kappa while at Wofford College and received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina.
