Dr. Shirley specializes in hip and knee replacement surgery. The only surgeon in the state performing adult pelvic osteotomies for hip dysplasia, he also performs other unique procedures for hip disorders. Dr. Shirley received a degree in biology from the University of North Carolina and his doctorate in medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina. He completed a residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at GHS and a fellowship in Hip and Knee Replacement Surgery at the University of Utah.
