Dr. Wininger graduated summa cum laude from Wofford College with a Biology degree in 1997. She then attended the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center in Memphis Tennessee, where she graduated with her MD degree. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Palmetto Richland Hospital in Columbia, SC in 2005. She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and an active ACOG Fellow.
