Mission Statement: It is the mission of Brook Valley Country Club to be the country club of choice within the community by providing a full range of high quality services and privileges to maximize membership value for the whole family. In concert with the Mission Statement, the Board has identified certain Core Standards: A. Fiscal Soundness: It is recognized that fiscal soundness and financial integrity of the Club is essential to its long-term /> success and member satisfaction. B. Golf Course: It is recognized that the golf facility, being an outstanding Ellis Maple design, makes it a strategic advantage of the Club and a focal point of member activities. It is expected that this will be a defining attribute into the future. Accordingly, decisions must be made with that point in mind. C. Professional and Courteous Staff: It is recognized that our staff is the most important resource of the Club. It will require a great deal of commitment, hard work, and competency among this group to assure that membership receives the quality of service that is expected. In return, it is our objective to provide a work environment of open dialogue and to promote professional growth and development. D. Family Orientation: It is recognized that delivering quality services in a wholesome family environment is critical to attracting the membership base that will provide long-term growth opportunities for the Club and its members. The key here is to offer programs that encompass the expectations of the individuals within the family. Knowing this will drive any future decisions to be made.
