The Tanger Outlet Center in Myrtle Beach is a joint venture partnership between Tanger Properties Limited Partnership (50% interest) and Rosen-Warren Myrtle Beach, LLC (50% interest). The project will be marketed and managed as a Tanger Outlet Center. Rosen-Warren specializes in retail development including power centers, lifestyle centers and premier value retail centers. The principals are Clifford Rosen and C. Randy Warren, Jr. Rosen Associates Development Inc. has developed several million square feet of retail properties throughout the country and is active in multifamily developments. Warren was formerly Sr. Vice President of Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. and has been responsible for the development and leasing of more than of 15 million square feet of commercial properties. An official ground breaking ceremony of the Myrtle Beach center is taking place today at the construction site.
