Western New York native PA Hoy completed Physician Assistant school at the Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, New York in 2009. He was commissioned in the Air Force and received his Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska in 2012. He was stationed at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base Family Practice Clinic and Malmstrom Air Force Base Personnel Reliability and Assurance Program before joining the Tucson Arizona Air National Guard.
