The Bread Board Bakery and Café was founded in March of 2002. We opened our 10th Street Location first and it houses our kitchen and bakery facilities. It is staffed by professional bakers and chefs that come to us with varied backgrounds. Each staff person has their own unique recipes and styles. Together the combination allows us to provide you with an exceptional variety of menus and presentation. We now have three locations for our café, however our catering remains at the original location. Food is prepared and delivered to the event destination ready to serve. Everything that we serve is prepared in our own kitchen primarily from scratch. We use the finest ingredients possible and utilize seasonal fruits and fresh vegetables whenever possible. Our breads and pastry items are made in house and we do not add preservatives to any of our food. Our sauces and seasonings are carefully blended and prepared for each individual dish. Our buffet tables are set up to display our food in a beautiful way. We utilize a combination of fresh fruits, vegetables and breads to decorate in addition to draped fabric, greens and multi tiered/level food displays. We have a large selection of serving platters, chafing dishes and buffet items to provide an individual look for your event. Our professional serve staff dresses appropriately in black and white tux style shirts and aprons. They are experienced and familiar with each item of food that is presented. We are able to provide you with basic family style food, an elegant appetizer buffet, a sumptuous dessert buffet or gourmet dinner. You choose the menu, we take care of the rest. Following, you will find sample menus and pricing. Please know that we can customize these to your individual needs. We will also consider a menu of your choice. However, we understand your last minute needs. We will do our best to fill every catering request, remembering that all our food is prepared to order. Please allow one-hour notice for pick up orders. Last minute delivery is available on a limited schedule.
