Most of CFG's loans are fixed-rate and non-recourse, and are typically for 10 years or more, with amortization terms ranging from 20-30 years. However, CFG also has the ability to provide short-term loans under alternative programs. Loan-to-values on the permanent loans can go as high as 80% on certain transactions, and our rates are very competitive.
