Premier Search Associates, Inc. is a national firm that specializes in recruiting in process industries. These would include Plastics, Chemical, Packaging, Converting, Foods and Pharmaceuticals. We often work with professionals in similar industries such as Cosmetics, Printing, Consumer, etc. We target professionals in engineering and management roles primarily. Examples of positions that we are most active with are: Process, Project, Production, Packaging, R&D Engineers and Chemists, Technical Support/Service, Process Control, Plant Managers, Supervisors, Technical Managers, Production Managers, Team Leaders, Operations Managers. PSA began in 1994 when Dave Melzer and Patrick Duffy decided to combine their more than 18 years of technical recruiting experience and create a new business with the goal of developing mutually rewarding relationships with engineering/manufacturing clients. In April of 1997 we moved from our original office to new quarters in Barrington, IL doubling our space. November of 1998 brought several changes and growth to PSA. Our recruiting staff increased with the addition of Ralph Labuda. Ralph brought 16 years of retail management experience. Diana Durso started with us in 2000 as Office Manager to keep us all in line! As of January 2002 we added Cynthia Foth as a full time recruiter. Cynthia brings 4 years of recruiting experience in the consumer products area. Our primary commitment is best stated in our motto:Quality is not something we do, it's the way we do things! Another commitment we have is to technology. We have computerized candidate and client databases that allow us to provide quicker than typical response to our clients. Faxing is computerized to maintain integrity and readability. Candidates are organized by skills and desires, resumes are searchable by keywords. We are especially thrilled about the introduction of our home page. We feel strongly that an Internet presence will help us to provide quicker and superior service to our clients. Finally, we work very closely with a select number of allies to provide maximum exposure for our clients.
