Oregon Health Management Services (OHMS) is a Medicaid managed care service. We serve Oregon Health Plan (OHP) members in Josephine, Douglas and Jackson Counties. Our office is in Grants Pass. We work with doctors and other health care providers to give you affordable, quality health care. We also offer substance abuse treatment at Choices Counseling Center.
